Logic Pro Studio 8 - Missing instruments, etc.
I recently bought a Mac G5 (Late 2005, dual 2.0 Ghz, w/3.5 Gb ram), and installed Logic Pro Studio 8 on it. I have used this program quite a bit on a friends set up and this one is
missing quite a few instruments. This is a retail version of Logic pro 8 so, it came with the standard three jam pack discs. I notice there are no sax section patches and the only saxes that are listed in the library are soprano and baritone. It's also missing a lot of other patches as well... I installed it twice now and no change. I notice on installing the Audio Content discs, it goes from 3(B?) to 5A, and from 5(B?) to 7. Should I do a custom instal and under the "upgrades" list put the content discs and jam packs in "library"? - I'm lost on this one - Can anyone help? Thanks - J.P.
